- Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Payment Terms
Pay-Per-Call Model: You are charged only for qualified calls received through our platform. Each call is charged at your bid amount, which you set for your industry and location.
Billing: Charges are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving qualified calls. You can set spending limits to control your costs.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Refunds: We offer a quality guarantee. If a call doesn't meet our quality standards, you will not be charged for that call.
5. Lead Quality Standards
We are committed to providing high-quality leads. Our quality standards include:
- Verified phone numbers and caller information
- Callers who express genuine interest in your services
- Filtered out spam, wrong numbers, and unqualified calls
- Callers who are ready to hire within a reasonable timeframe
If a call doesn't meet our quality standards, you will not be charged. We continuously monitor and improve our lead quality processes.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to manipulate our bidding system
- Use our services for illegal or unethical business practices
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our platform
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In no event shall Reliable Marketing Group, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
